ReplyKeyboardMarkup is deleted in IOS in the telegram bot, what should I do?

Wrote a telegram bot in python telebot library. Buttons like ReplyKeyboardMarkup, when pressed on Linux and Android, everything works fine, but on IOS the buttons are deleted for some reason. Parameter one_time_keyboard=False. Tell me what could be the problem?

Not enough source data. Attach the code, as well as a screenshot of the iOS bot.
If the bot is on the server, you can give the @username of the Telegram bot.
