Lua was conceived as the simplest language (but at the same time quite powerful).
Therefore, I can still imagine replacing Lua with JS, the languages are in many ways similar, but in the opposite direction - no, because of the high complexity of JS.
You can try some plugin or library. I will assume that its name will be lua.js or something similar. But why Lua? Because of laziness to learn a new language? Well, such)
I don’t see the point in this, it makes sense to develop a translation language, study llvm. To solve the translation problem between a hypothetical average language A and a target language (C++, Lua, JS, etc.)
