ESSENCE:
I want to upgrade my computer in parts. I don’t want to spend a lot on details, but I want a more powerful computer. What do you advise? What is the priority? What to pay attention to?

What more load from your specific tasks, then in priority. I would at least look at the schedules in the task manager.
Maybe you need to replace the hard drive with an SSD, maybe upgrade the RAM, maybe "vidyuha", maybe the processor (which, in turn, also has 2 parameters - the number of cores and clock speed, and not 1), or maybe just the Internet connect faster :)
