Replacement cross-platform and cross-browser bs3-material-design or what could be the matter?

I'll start off by saying that I can't provide an example as there's no way to recreate the problem due to the lack of required libraries in the sandboxes. Here's the thing.. I downloaded the bs3-material-design theme, but there are no meshes with it, so I had to build them separately. But if you use a grid with a theme, then everything in the grid is displayed incorrectly and the buttons appear underlined. Has anyone encountered this and if so, how to overcome it?
If no one has tried this topic and does not know the solution, then maybe someone knows a decent cross-platform and cross-browser alternative?

You can add cdn to the sandbox. Or just copy the file
