ReorderList

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to run the ReorderList example www.asp.net/ajaxLibrary/AjaxControlToolkitSampleSite/ReorderList/ReorderList.aspx in an ASP.NET project

Drag&Drop doesn't work

Can anyone help me make a working example? It is advisable to put a ready-made solution (.sln) for me to look at and make in the likeness. Those pieces of code that are on the net do not add up to one thing that works for me.
