Reopen with encoding. How to do multiple files at the same time?

Hello. There is a folder with a large number of files. (books fb2)
They have a lot of errors of the same type, so for editing I decided to use find&replace with regexp in Sublime because of its convenience (I don't like to do unnecessary gestures). However, all these files are in Windows-1251, and Sublime is set to UTF8 by default, and I don’t want to change it. Open one by one and / or change charset file by file - too.
Tell me how to send "Reopen with Encoding ..." for several files at the same time??

If you need it once, why not change the default encoding? Or make a separate Sublime instance with the desired settings. To do this, Sublime can simply be copied to another folder.
