Rent a cluster - throw links?

I need / would like to rent a cluster for a start of 2 machines, and then, if necessary, so that I can add more. Everywhere only dedicated servers virtual hosting.

In my understanding, a cluster is several computers connected by a local network into one. And it is provided as a ready-made separate service, and not renting individual servers, plus additionally setting up a local network.

a cluster cannot yet be a ready-made service, because its structure and implementation method can be eerily very different. a cluster is always a server-centric concept. a failover cluster for a DBMS and a load distribution cluster are wildly different things .. moreover, clusters of the same type (for example, a DBMS) can sometimes be implemented only on the basis of clustering tools, this very DBMS .. that is why there is no such service "cluster for dummies" on the market .. well, even more precisely, there are clouds

A cluster is just a few connected machines.
Just rent several servers in one data center (condition is optional) - this will be a cluster.
The cheapest are Hetzner. Reliability is appropriate, but enough for you to study.

Take several dediks in one DC and make a private network. Traffic will not be counted inside, and there will be 1Gbps of speed.
