What are the ways to legally extend the trial period of Windows 7 today? What editions of the system are suitable for this? Will the first service pack release candidate and SP1 itself be installed on the trial version? Thanks for answers!)

You need to run the following command with elevated privileges:

slmgr.vbs /rearm

after reboot win 7 will be extended for 30 days. you can do this 2 or 3 times.

the extended OS works the same as the legal one, so you can install any software and SP

According to the conditions of persons. Windows 7 agreement does not have a trial period, this period (30 days + rearms) is the allowable time for activation, subject to a license.

Step 1. With Windows 7 running and not yet activated, click the Start button, type regedit in the Search bar, then press ENTER to launch the Registry Editor.
Step 2 Navigate to the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
Step 3 Right click on SkipRearm and select Edit. The default value set is Dword with a value of 00000000. Change this value to any positive integer such as 00000001, save and close Registry Editor.
Step 4: Launch a Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
Step 5 Type one of the following two commands and press ENTER:
slmgr -rearm
or
rundll32 slc.dll,SLReArmWindows
Step 6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
