Renew a domain or buy it?

Good evening!
There is one problem. I have a domain that I use as my own blog. And I didn’t use it for a long time, but I don’t want to lose the domain name, and therefore I decided to renew, but I was a little late in terms. And now I can only urgently renew the domain on the reg.ru website, or buy it out later. However, I did not think that the domain renewal would be 790 rubles per year!!! So I want to change registrar to 2domains.
What should I do: renew the domain for 790 rubles and then switch to another registrar?
Or wait a little and redeem it for 129 rubles, and then transfer it?
Or to score on this domain, because it has 0 ticks and 0pr?

790 rubles for an extension is quite an adequate price.
Here you need to understand the policy of registrars. They will give you a domain registration for a penny - and for 129 rubles, and even for 29 rubles - and even for free in a package they will give to others. But the renewal, when some services, mail, website are already attached to the domain - here the registrar usually delays in full and puts the full price, without any discounts.
You can't buy a domain name - you don't buy it, you rent it. Didn't renew the lease - free up the living space :)

you confuse registration and renewal ;)
if the registrar gave you to register a domain for 129r - this does not mean that he will let you renew it for the same money.
In general, quite a normal price for a domain.
