Removing horizontal noise from a video shot on Nikon D90?

Hello, there is a video shot on Nikon D90. It has interference in the form of moving horizontal stripes. The reason is that it was filmed under fluorescent lamps (a multiple of 50Hz), and the camera's frame rate is 24 frames / s. An example video can be viewed.
How can I fix this video?
I tried many different ways, the most realistic seems to me to use Avisynth with filters, but so far nothing normal has come out.
Tried like this:

LoadPlugin("Antiflicker.dll")
AVISource("DSC_4766.AVI")
BicubicResize(640, 360)
converttoyuy2()
ColorYUV(autogain=true)
Antiflicker()
Please advise what can be done. What filters are needed?
