Remove elements from all sections without duplicates?

On the /catalog/ page I use bitrix:catalog
The task, under the rubricator, is to display elements (10 each) from these sections with the obligatory FILTER option for the user. So that it can sort the given elements.
Now it works like this only if I go from /catalog/ to /catalog/1/ for example, then in "1" it shows me the contents of the category /catalog/1/2/"
I need to display the elements + filter form in the parent product catalog ..
I used catalog.section, inserted it under the rubricator, as a result it was duplicated on all pages of the catalog, and not only on /catalog/
+ for some reason the links opened only in a new window, and with a simple click, the page was reset.
Help with the code how to get it all out.
