Remote access to 1C?

The company asked to set up remote access for 3-4 people to 1C, put apache, static ip and then a bummer, when installing
the web server extension module in 1c, it asks to put disk 1 for installation, of course there is no disk 1 itself, like the distributor, who faced with such a problem, can this be somehow solved without reinstalling 1C itself, and calling 1C specialists?

Download the required technical platform either from the 1c website or from other resources on the Internet. Without reinstalling: control panel->programs and components-> 1C Enterprise (required version) -> Change.
