Reloading models in Django?

Has anyone dealt with "Reloading models" in Django?
now I’m doing it through a metaclass in a function (
is it normal to do this? unfortunately there was no such practice, but now there are a lot of tables with the same structure, which are distinguished by a prefix of a certain region.
unfortunately I can’t use partition.
what is the best way to do it in this case?
