Relay based generator not working?

The yellow LED does not light up when the button is pressed: it never lights up at all, although it should when the button is pressed.
Red is on all the time.

Check if the LED is on the wrong side or not.
Check that the relay has enough current to switch: apply power and ring with a multimeter if the normally open contact has been closed. Well, or at least the voltage on the bus at the moment the relay is closed, that it is about 9 V, and has not dipped below.

Contact stuck?
Z.Y. It is not clear from the picture which of the LEDs is yellow and which is red.
And yes, it's not a generator.
