Rehashed compiler?

Good evening
Can anyone help? I don't even know where to start. They said it can be done in any language.
Write a program that takes a set of identifiers as input, organizes a table according to a given method, and allows multiple searches and additions of an identifier in this table. The list of identifiers is given as a text file. Identifiers are limited to 32 characters.
An ordered list and simple rehashing.

This is not a question, but a task.
In addition, it seems to me that "Olga", whose work you cited in the example, completed the task without understanding the essence and meaning of using hashes.
If you want someone to write something for you, then you had to go to freelance, but your task setting is vague - it’s not clear that you yourself understand what needs to be done, so it’s too early to freelance.
