When filling out the online form for entering into Rosreestor, there is a field to fill out:
a) a description of the measures provided for by Art. 18.1 and 19 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, including information on the availability of encryption (cryptographic) means and the name of these means;
b) organizational and technical measures used to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution of personal data.

It is better to write what is, it will not be so offensive to sit :)
a) is there encryption? So write - not provided.
b) database with a password? admin password? Google backups? cross-border access? in short, write it down, if anything, extreme and responsible Petrov.
