Registration does not work on the site ihi.kz due to the system/libraries/Email.php file.
When a user registers, he is sent an email with a login and password.
Due to the fact that sending a letter does not work, a white screen appears on the server. How can I disable sending email from Codeigniter?

You need to fix the mail, and not deal with disabling sending. Solve the problem, not the consequence.
