There are two main registrars Reg.ru and Ru-center, the first offers a bunch of services in addition to domains, the second is the largest and most reliable.
The price of domains is approximately the same for everyone, if there are more than 10 domains, then it is better to immediately conclude a partnership agreement and pay half the price.

Agava offers excellent support, they respond very quickly + there are already SSD drives - hosting.agava.ru/domains
