A programmer from China asks me to register with Upwork.
The Chinese immediately warned that it was necessary to indicate the real name and, apparently, they would have to send scans of their documents. He says that he himself can not register, as he received a lifetime ban!
Offers $150 for registration and the same amount every month.
I ask for advice, how to be? I understand that this is not good, but after reading on the Internet about Upwork's methods of work, I no longer fell in love with him - I have no sympathy for him. But he is ready to help the Chinese (besides, he offers a reward for this), another thing, can such cooperation be harmful to me (for example, fines for upwork or monyback)?

манибек по идее со счета будет браться там есть время на оспаривание и возврат средств, когда вы деньги вывести не можете.

Пускай китаец попросит кого-то из своих родственников или знакомых, кто не IT вообще.
