Regain control of your Twitter account

Hello Habr.
Faced with an unpleasant situation for himself. As you know, Twitter has introduced "2-step authorization". Among the methods is one in which authorization is confirmed using the Twitter application on Android (I have an Android smartphone).
So, I connected this method of authorization for the sake of the test. Saved the backup code. So I forgot.
Here I had to reset the data of the smartphone. And I did not turn off the “login confirmation” on the smartphone. OK. And then the browser on the PC is covered, up to reinstalling it. Okay, I have a backup code. I use it to log into my account on a PC, generate a temporary password for Twitter on Android. I authorize on the smartphone, but since I did not turn off the "login confirmation" before resetting the smartphone data, the items in the "Security" tab are not available to me:

OK. I do as the message says. I find the link where the form is located. I describe the problem. And… Silence. More precisely, after a few minutes an auto-answer comes and that's it. And I always thought that support was needed for help. And besides, all Russian support stopped working a long time ago, the same @podderzka (it seems that Russian-speaking support had this twitter).

Habr, help. Of course, I myself am an evil Pinocchio, but support must also work responsibly. I've had two tickets on twitter.zendesk for a week now.

@LIR

Finally solved the problem. I wrote several times from support.twitter.com,
Then letters began to come, it seems, sent by a robot.
Recently, a support man, @Jellystone, answered the mail.
For several letters - everything lasted 3-4 days - he confirmed that this was my account, left a replay to him on Twitter with the ticket number on zendesk.
He dropped this dual authorization.
And yes, I'm glad!
Maybe my experience will help someone.
