Redo an existing Laravel project?

Hello. I like one admin panel for Laravel, everything is so cool, etc. (in my opinion), but still there are a lot of things wrong with it. And recently the idea came to my mind to embody what I want to see, but on the basis of this very admin panel and, then, use it for my own needs, or set it afloat for hundreds more admin panels. The question is: can I clone this admin panel, change everything I want in it, including the namespace, class names, etc. and then upload it to GitHub like this is another admin panel? Or straight to Envato? She has an MIT license.
