Redirecting rdp from one 2008R2 to another?

Good afternoon! There is a server on 2008R2 on it Rdp is raised, clients, and about 15 of them connect through Rdp to the accounting program. Someone on the local network, someone from the Internet. The gateway is a Mikrotik Router in which port forwarding is made to the server. And everything works well, but the next question arose: it is necessary to redirect all calls to this server through another one. The scheme is as follows: server1 stands behind Mikrotik 1, which receives all requests from users via LAN and from in-ta. Server 2 stands behind Mikrotik 2. Between VPN Mikrotiks and routing, configured access from network 1 to network 2, that is, from server 1 there is access to server 2 and vice versa. For Rdp Forwarding, I use the RRAS snap-ins. I add a local area network in a tab ports Nat Forwarding on the server 2 with port. I try to connect to server 1, everything is ok - redirected to server 2, I try again, no access. Disabled the firewall without results... And interestingly, on server 1 in the security logs there is an authorization attempt but unsuccessfully. I take a computer with Windows 7, instead of server1 I do Redirection via netsh and everything works...
For Redirection, I used the instruction https://interface31.ru/tech_it/2010/10/windows-ser... from here... Tell me
what's wrong here? I have already reconfigured a hundred times to no avail ..
PS I'm not an IT specialist, if I wrote something wrong, I'm sorry :)
