Redirecting htaccess from a page to another?

Please help me set up a redirect for the following cases:
1) from domen.ru/technique/brands/brand to domen.ru/technique/brand
1) from domen.ru/technique/domain.ru/technique Do
not use the domain address in the redirect rules. There are many domains, everything is connected on one cms. 2nd and 3rd level domains

Redirect 301 домен.ру/техника/своими-руками домен.ру/техника
