Redirect viruses to sites?

The site is constantly getting a virus.
Site on WP. The virus makes redirects to other sites with advertising, parimach and the like. The url is replaced in the database in the wp_options table. After you change the url back, 3-7 days pass and the virus returns again. I have already checked all the main files manually and with the help of plugins. All is clear. What to do?
