Redirect to another ip:port?

There are 3 game servers on one vds and I want to transfer one of them to another vds. Tell me how can I automatically redirect from 1.1.1.1:27015 to 2.2.2.2:27015 and so that the work of the other two servers is not affected in any way
cs Server, OS Ubuntu 16.04
