Redirect from get to post?

There is an endpoint {GET} localhost:8080/pm/redirect-to-payment, I want that when a user follows this link, I would redirect {POST} to another domain with form-data fields, can this be done somehow?

You can return an html page with a form and a js script that will send it on load.
