Redirect from a domain to a third-party resource using DNS without server settings, perhaps?

I need to do a redirect to a third-party resource when accessing the domain. I don’t need hosting at all, I’m not going to place anything there. Just a redirect. Tried through redirect.center, but you need to wait a decent time for a response from the server. Are there any other solutions?

Redirect is possible only by means of HTTP. There are only two options here:

1. Park the domain to a special service that will redirect. Usually you will be asked to pay for it.
   
2. Attach a domain to the desired resource as an additional one and set up a redirect to the main domain, by analogy with www.
