RedBeanPHP or PDO for database manipulation?

Good evening.
I started to master the backend, because one frontend is no longer enough for what you want to implement.
Installed LEMP. I decided to register on the site to understand what's what. Found a video of a guy doing it with RedBeanPHP. But also, the first thing I came across is PDO (comes with PHP). What is better to study for interacting with the database through PHP?
