Red Alert Soviet March is a free alternative track?

I really want to use this track for the game, but the copyright holders (EA) will either be categorically against it, or will break a huge price.
Maybe someone knows if there is something similar - a Soviet, Russian march. I'm making a game about communism and the ruble)

In general, it would not hurt to find out the legal status of the track - try to write to the author (Frank Klepacki), suddenly he has the rights - and you don't need any EA (so agree). Also look on the promo dj or soundcloud for people who write krautrock - well, it will cost money.
