Record does not start in LoadRunner. How to fix it?

Just installed LoadRunner (12.55). I decided to study the tutorial. When starting "Record" an error occurs: . When starting "Recording Options" another error occurs: .
I ran it on both desktop (Win10) and laptop (Win7). What should be done to correct these errors?
