Remote access

Recommend such a remote computer control tool (under Windows), which is the most secure for the managed one?

Please recommend a means of remote control of a Windows machine, which is the safest for the owner of the computer. It is desirable that the connection of a remote user occurs only with the direct prior consent of the owner. It is desirable that everything that happens in a remote control session be visible on the screen, so that the computer owner can make sure that the remote user is not doing anything extra on the system.
Of these programs, I have only heard of Radmin (which is shareware) and TeamViewer(which is free for non-commercial use). TeamViewer seems to satisfy the two conditions above; it also has an additional convenience - the ability to bypass firewalls; however, the price for this is the transfer of all traffic through the hands of third parties.
Is there another remedy that you would recommend to me instead of one of these? Maybe with a better feature set or better terms of use (say freeware or even open source)? Or just another, more convenient for you?

There is also Mikogo .
It seems to satisfy the requirements - the connection is only by consent and the site says that all traffic is encrypted.
True, their focus is a little more not on remote control, but on a conference, but simple control is also possible.
In general, I can’t objectively evaluate why it is better or worse than TeamViewer, I used it one and a half times, and for a long time, just consider it as an alternative.

Logmein is good but doesn't meet the requirement

so that the computer owner can make sure that the remote user does not do anything extra on the system
, because the pro version allows you to rummage around the computer without the knowledge of the user.
But they have a join.me service. Here it fits perfectly.

Is there a built-in Remote Assistance, why does it not suit you?

Even at work, I heard Splashtop and LogMeIn praise from the corner of my ear , but I didn’t use them myself.

A variety of VNC clients and servers will do just fine.
Most of them are open-source.

Try RealVNC. Works stably, easy to set up: www.realvnc.com

+1 for logmeen. Very smart service. Even the free version does everything you need.

Windows Live Mesh (more precisely, it has the ability to connect to other machines directly from the browser)

WLM or LogMeIn. And finally, the native system of Windows "help a friend" :)

Convenience lies in the fact that it is easiest to run even a very inexperienced user.

And than the standard RDP does not suit.
