Recommend mailing software for FreeBSD/Exim

Hello!
There is a user who sends out his letters to his recipients in large numbers from his server. Now it's all spun on mailman, and distributed using Exim on a FreeBSD server.
The user has a desire to change mailman to something simpler and more modern.
Please recommend freebsd + exim mailing software modern and intuitive, preferably in Russian and free of charge.
majordomo is old, minimalist is also not supported... I looked at a few more - not impressed... :(
