Recommend literature or resources for creating websites

Hello, I’m rather “trying” to create sites, but for myself, there is little practice, I constantly see inaccuracies, then there is not enough site map, pages 301, 403, etc., if something like a set of rules for such trifles for creating sites (if possible by Drupal). Thanks in advance!
