Recommend free icons, at least 24x24

We need a pack of icons available for any use (including commercial and without the need to mention authorship), 24x24 in size (or more). Icons are needed not for thematic, but for general purposes - for toolbars. Silk by famfamfam are perfect but small =(.

In general, Smashing Magazine often publishes posts in the style of "N (50,75,100) best icons for a web developer." The blog feed is in English, but on the top toolbar in the Graphics->Icons section, you can get to them (icons) faster.
Alternatively, I bookmarked the 100+ Free High Quality Icon Sets for Web Designers and Developers page . It's also a pretty good collection.
