Hello
The task is trivial: to organize the upload of files to the server via the web interface. Windows support is a must. It is desirable that it works without a database, or MS SQL 2005.

As an option - XtraUpload CMS 2.0. Like Rapidshare. The script is written in PHP, but unfortunately uses MySQL. XtraUpload CMS 2.0 supports both free and premium accounts. Accordingly, premium accounts have more options for downloading files from the server: instant access to the download, viewing files, a list of files uploaded by them. Payment is made through the payment system PayPal. You can also set the type of files allowed for uploading to the server.
