As you know, people are divided into those who make backups and those who do not yet. In this regard, the question arose of choosing a convenient application for backup. I would like to set it up once and forget about this matter, that is, that everything be automated. The platform is Win 7. Mostly different working files and folders will be backed up - photos, documents, reports, and so on.
Requirements:

Scheduled copying of selected folders with files
Incremental backup - that is, so that only those files that have changed or added are copied
A clear interface in which it is convenient to configure all this and there would be backup reports
Stability - so that you can put it on the parent computer and not worry that in six months it will turn out that backups were not made

Recommended, but not critical:

Versioning of files - that is, to store previous versions of files
Running a backup not only on a schedule, but on an event - for example, connecting an external HDD, or the program sits in the background, sees that there is no user activity - it starts, saves the changed files and then waits
