Please recommend such sites that offer background images (suitable for downloading and then specifying in background-image: url( ... ) - filling the entire window or multiplying the background vertically, or horizontally, or in two dimensions at once) , license-free (i.e. editable with enhancement) or at least free to use "as is".

I’ll say right away: in order to ask Habrahabr (and not Google), in order to rely on someone else’s experience in this matter (and not just on someone else’s search robot).
