Recommend an open source library to create an Outlook-like interface in C#

Good time of the day!

Open source is desirable, but if it is sold with source codes, then you can also consider it.
It would be nice to have a link where to read their comparison (I think for sure there is more than one).
Once I came across and didn’t save the links, and a lot of time has passed, for sure a lot has already changed.

Thank you.

Excuse me, but why do you need such an interface for Outlook and where exactly are you going to use it?

@RusMikle

Program of accounting and work with clients, etc. And such an interface was desired by the customer. (I want to say (more precisely, he writes in the terms of reference) so that everything looks like in Outlook).
For his money, you can do it, why not.

You can look towards AvalonDock from the Extended WPF Toolkit .
