Recommend an MFP or printer

Hey!
Please advise a reliable network MFP or a printer with a cheap consumable for a small company. We print 1800-2000 pages of text per month, but we have about a dozen different forms in different languages with large color logos - they take a lot of ink.

We are ready to spend money on the device - if only further expenses were smaller. I believe that it is worth looking towards "unofficial" cartridges and refilling? Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about it, I always took the “official” ones.

Thank you!

If you are interested in color, you can immediately look towards the CISS.
If you are interested in monochrome, then IMHO, HP 2055dn is quite good.
If you are interested in color + laser, then something like HP 2605.

You can also look at this option XEROX WorkCentre 3210V_N
from the advantages of having a network interface, and a refillable cartridge after flashing the printer.

From experience, Brother is the cheapest in paint with acceptable quality. Go broke on HP.

It seems to me that it would be optimal to print forms to order in a printing house - cheaper than any printer printing + better in quality and hemorrhoids than CISS.
A laser b / w MFP - Canon MF3228 (I print in the office of the year 3 without stopping) - 100 rubles refilling the cartridge without dancing with a tambourine. One BUT - only Windows.
For Mac OS and Linux - Samsung SCX-4220 - refilling is a little more expensive, the cartridge requires a chip replacement each time, total refilling is 150 rubles.
These are working machines tested in combat conditions. I recommend to use.

There is a cool thing from Epson - MFPs of the L series, they are already sold with the built-in Epson CISS, you don’t need to reset anything, the Epson guarantee is again. Just pour ink there not original, but cheap - and everything will be fine. From specific models - L350, L550.
