Oh… Don't follow the link from the first comment. There is no happiness there, I tried all the Windows free programs:
CamStudio - idiotic
Jing interface - video only in swf and no more than five minutes
Wing - the
rest of the interface - without sound recording
As a result, I settled on Faststone Capture in the trial version.
