Recommend a normal router. Which 4G USB modem + VPN client supports?

Hello, help me decide on a normal router / router.
Requirements:
Out of the box support for 4G USB modem Huawei E8372 (with Hilink firmware). Out of the box, that is, with its native default firmware, it should immediately detect the modem and receive Internet from it.
Working with OpenVPN as a client. That is, I feed him the .ovpn config, he connects to it, and works through the VPN. OpenVPN only, no PPTP needed.
Not ASUS - I have a negative experience with these routers.
The scheme of work is as follows, the Internet goes from a 4G USB modem to the router, then a connection with OpenVPN is established on the router, and the working computer is connected to the router via a twisted pair cable, and at the output it receives Internet for VPN
And most importantly, the stability of the work, so that nothing falls off all the time, and works correctly by default. So that the Internet is not cut several times, reaching the computer over a twisted pair cable. So that from me there was a minimum of dancing with a tambourine with setting up a 4G USB modem + VPN.
And the router pulled a large network load, did not fall off a running torrent with a huge number of streams, or similar multi-threaded network loads.
Preferably, a small price, within 5-7k rubles.
Also, please do not raise the topic of OpenWRT or DD WRT firmware. I need a router that can be easily configured for the task at hand, and it will work well in the future. So I repeat, please do not offer ASUS models.

We already wrote about Mikrotik. A PC router is best suited for your requirements.
If L2TP was enough for you, then almost any Zyuksel would pull, well, Mikrotik)

and at the same time tell me the Zyuksel model that supports L2TP / IPsec (required with IPsec) connection to the server, and support for a 4G USB modem

Hello.
Most likely the problem is in the font parameter.
Fontfile is the path to the TrueType font you are using.
You need to load the font - arial.ttf

You can use imagemagic to work with images. Description of work and functions here php.net/manual/ru/book.imagick.php
This method allows you to overlay text on the picture: php.net/manual/ru/imagickdraw.annotation.php

bool ImagickDraw::annotation ( float $x , float $y , string $text )

imagettftext ( resource $image , float $size , float $angle , int $x , int $y , int $color , string $fontfile , string $text )

Path to TrueType font file.
Depending on the version of the GD library, if fontfile does not start with /, then the .ttf extension will be added to the end of the file name, and the library will try to find this file at the address specified in the library settings.
When using the GD library prior to 2.0.18, the space character, like the semicolon, was used as the 'path separator' for various font files. Using this feature will generate a warning: Warning: Could not find/open font. The solution to this problem in these versions can only be to exclude spaces from file paths.
Arial is not a font path.
