Recommend a mail service in Europe where you can place a foreign domain and attach mx records to this mail service?

Colleagues, welcome. It happened that some of the letters do not reach the European partners from Russia and their letters do not reach us either. We turned to our European colleagues, who said that, judging by the logs of letters, that European colleagues filter letters and do not deliver them if mx records belong to Russian services (we encountered not from one partner, but from several dozen, across European countries, including our office in Cyprus is experiencing similar problems). In this regard, can you recommend a mail service where you can place our foreign domain, attach mx records to this mail service,? Ideally, if roundcube is managed so that you can create mails, users, folders, filters, it is as flexible as possible, well, it will be good if it is cheaper than 3 euros per user, as one of the criteria exists,

Isn't it easier to take some kind of foreign VPS + domain, and set up a mail server yourself (postfix + dovecot). It simply corresponds to the functional requirements that are indicated as much as possible. Well, you will also remove all mail from the RF zone, which is also a definite plus.

Just some big one. But the big guy can say "I hate Russian!" at any moment. and stupidly ban all mail. VPS with your own mailer seems to me the best way out. It is not necessary to cut everything yourself - there are a bunch of different types of webmords that unfold "in one click".
