I strongly recommend the book “CCS. Programming Recipes, Christopher Schmitt.
I use it as a reference book very often. Everything is there - from the basics, ending with CCS3 and solving common problems (transparent PNGs in ie6, rounded corners, etc)
You can find out more here.
Electronically Learning HTML, XHTML and CSS .
This CSS is good on paper. Cascading Style Sheets. Detailed guide .
You can quickly get to a good basic/intermediate level by reading The Big Book of CSS (David Sawyer McFarland).
Just reading a book is useless. Start typing and google the questions that arise - then you yourself will find worthwhile books and resources :)
Although the paper version of one of the proposed books is also worth buying for reading in your spare time.
I like the way the specification is written. Recommend.

I searched the net, here it is, if anything - www.aranea.ru/css/doc/cssdoc.php
