Recommend a centralized remote access system?

There are, say, 5 machines on the local network, there is no access to the Internet / from the Internet. Clients connect to this network via VPN.
Are there solutions similar to RDS? And preferably thin (without the need to install any client).
It is necessary that several users can connect to the same desktop at the same time (mainly for viewing, but it must be possible to perform actions).
While Microsoft RDS was tested - cumbersome, you need access to 2-3 users on 5 machines
. I also tried www.cybelesoft.com/access-point/ - does not know how to NLA, you need to keep separate accounts (cannot be taken from the directory service).
Radmin - no centralized gateway ... until the ideas are over :)
The solution can be paid, but not incredibly expensive (teamviewer, for example - costs over 10k $ =) and is not quite suitable)

There can be many solutions, in any case, this is an additional dedicated server.

(without the need to install any client).

It is more complicated here, especially since RDP - but formally it is also a client, only built-in.

But Radmin can be used as a gateway, ie. through radmin posted on the Internet, there is a connection to local PCs (the password is entered 2 times - from the gateway and the client). An analogue of RADMIN is Remote Office Manager, but the first one will be much faster in terms of speed.

Session allows you to set.
One port by default looks at the husband or any of his own. You don't have to worry about safety, it's on top. radmim has a site with a port open to the outside for "hacking" - it has not yet been broken.
2 passwords - here I mean that there is no AD on 5 computers, therefore the authorization is local, on the gray ones sticking out and on a specific computer.
Here is the solution to your question.
Ps but you can't do without a client

Radmin - no centralized gateway...

Any TCP proxy or DNAT is a lightweight, free replacement for a gateway.
One port = one server.
Authorization is already provided by the VPN.
