Recognize an element in a DVB-T2 TV receiver?

Digital TV set-top box DVB-T2 SIGNAL UNIVERSAL-01
There are 3 of them on the board. , there are chokes next to each, so I decided that this is DC-DC,
the marking of the element is drawn on the right

Googled correctly?

What can be replaced?
How should they call?
as I understand it, there is a breakdown, because plugged in a 12v power supply instead of 5v. ,
and after that they also lit the USB port on the computer, to which they tried to connect power. :(
I didn’t poke a short one without drinking ≈ 16-17th.
In short, I’m interested in any infa, maybe someone was picking such gizmos.

Yes, like it is. Here is a similar topic.

There is a high probability that everything that feeds from it died there. To check - unsolder it and apply power from the lab to its output circuit. Just don't go overboard with tension. If it works - look for something to replace it yourself.
