Recognition of age and emotions from a photograph?

Hello.
Please share your experience / libraries / services / API for recognizing the age and emotions of a person from a photo. Preferably opensource. Perhaps there are some solutions using OpenCV for age recognition?
I looked at Microsoft Cognitive Services , but everything is paid there. This service, in principle, should be suitable, but since you need to recognize a lot of pictures, it will turn out to be very expensive ($1.50 per 1000 transactions).
The accuracy of the work is not critical. Performance / speed of work and the load on the hardware (server) are important.
