I'm wondering how to implement all this? It turns out that I am creating a database that will be on the web page and from which filtering can be done? And in general, what methods can be used here (TableView, ListView)? Is there any template needed? I would be grateful for any advice.

2) Start making a project
3.1) There are some questions about specific places - you read, ask, move on (it's not scary to redo some places in the first project).
