Recaptcha invisible is not displayed in Russian?

On the website, the registration form ( new.tman.su/register ) has included Invisible reCAPTCHA to protect against automatic registrations.
The connection is made like this:
- that is, according to the logic, the language should be Russian, but when you open the page, reCAPTCHA is displayed, either in Russian or in English randomly.
If you open the script link itself, then in the code you can see that the Russian version is requested: https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2/r2017041111...
however, when monitoring browser downloads in the developer panel, you can see that 6-8 copies are downloaded of this script, and half of them with the prefix _ru at the end, and half with the prefix _en as a result of which, apparently, if the last one is the English version, then captcha is displayed in English.
