Reallocated Sector Count is growing. Should I panic or is everything okay with the disk?

HP laptop, purchased less than two weeks ago. And everything seems to be fine, but smart makes you nervous. Actually here:

Reallocated Sector Count today equals 64. Yesterday it was 65, on Friday - 75. Do I understand correctly that it's time to change the laptop in a panic? Or is it not worth worrying until this value reaches the Warn threshold?

I join, change and quickly, especially if the information on the disk is valuable. Got a bad copy...
