I thought about buying an unlimited tariff for talking on a mobile phone. Operator MTS-Moscow.
Now the tariff is ultra. It is categorically lacking + I talk quite a lot with regional mobile phones.

Which tariff to choose?

I think you will not find unlimited in Russia. Although on the same MTS you can activate your favorite country service and call for 3.5 rubles. per minute to any number in Russia (and if you consider that 3,000 minutes are included in your tariff, then this may be enough).
Otherwise, I recommend looking at Skype (if you often have at least 3G, let alone wifi) - anlim calls to any number in Russia (both mobiles and phones) costs about 900 rubles. per month.

I use the Business tariff from Binom (official partner of Beeline)
This company provides tariffs available in Beeline only for large companies to private clients.
They have many tariffs, both completely unlimited and with minute packages, from 500 to 3000 rubles / month
My tariff ( Business )
1200 rubles per month - full unlimited in Moscow and ... +3000 sms
3000 rubles per month - full unlimited throughout Russia ... incl. in long-distance roaming I am
very satisfied with my choice

I see that the question was asked a long time ago, but I'll answer anyway. If you need to talk only with MTS, then the Smart tariff will suit you, here on the promobile everything about it and others is described in detail. So I think this is the best option.
